Bentley Continental GT S and GTC S: A touch of sportier opulence
Bentley has had an eventful year so far, from the introduction of the Bentayga Space Edition to the recent unveiling of the Bentayga EWB.
Now, the British luxury carmaker is upping its Continental model range with the introduction of two new models in the form of GT S And GTC S variants to further give patrons more options to choose from.
Smooth bruiser
Unlike the new luxury-focused Azure variant, the S variants focus mainly on the sporty side of things. Both models use the same 4.0-litre V8 engine found in most variants across the range. The engine churns out a healthy 404 kW and 770 Nm of torque. As standard, both variants are equipped with a Sports Exhaust.
Both the Bentley Continental GT S and GT S models complete the 0-100 km/h sprint in four seconds flat.
On the outside, the GT S and GTC S variants feature a black gloss radiator grille, black ‘S’ badges on the front fenders, dark tinted front and rear headlights as well gloss black finish on all exterior brightware leaving only the winged Bentley badge and lettering in bright chrome.
An added touch of class
Bentley offers the S range with all-new 22” wheel option with five Y-shaped spokes in gloss black which house red-painted brake callipers. The spokes can also be painted in new Pale Brogdar Satin shade as an option.
A second wheel option for the S models is a 21” tri-spoke wheel design that combines gloss black and bright machined finishes.
Exclusive to the Continental S duo is a two-tone colour split inside further complimented by ‘S’ treadplates instead of the ‘Bentley Motors Ltd’ found in other Continental models. The front and rear of the headrests boast the same lettering.
Pricing remains unknown at this stage but both vehicles are already listed on Bentley SA’s official website.
