The enhanced BMW M135i xDrive now features optimised camber values, new mounts and precision tuning of spring and damping systems. There is a new hydromount that has been used to link the front suspension wishbones.
The mounts for the trailing and control arms at the back have also been tweaked.
Offered as standard is the near-actuator wheel-slip limitation that allows traction to be controlled up to ten times faster compared to normal systems. The BMW M135i xDrive also comes fitted with a mechanical limited-slip differential at the front axle.
The 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine continues to deliver 225 kW and 450 Nm of torque all accessed via an 8-speed automatic transmission that sends power to all four corners. It rides on standard 18” M light-alloy wheels and can be fitted with optional 19” alloys available in a variety of designs.
Stopping power is offered by standard M Sport brakes.
BMW has also added new paint finishes including the M paint shade, Sao Paulo Yellow non-metallic, as well as the Frozen Orange metallic and Frozen Pure Grey finishes.
