Countdown to 75 years of F1

The 2025 Formula 1 season is set to be unlike any other. New faces are joining the sport, while legends are sporting different colours, so all bets are off. There has been a lot of speculation as to what we can expect from this year's racing, and many questions are expected to be answered. This means that the 75th anniversary of the sport is bound to be nothing short of thrilling. But before the drivers take on a season of new challenges and dynamics, there is a first for the sport, as the O2 Arena in London is set to launch the new season in a glamorous way.

To celebrate teams, drivers, and cars, the evening is designed to entertain while reminiscing on the countless memories made in the sport over the past 75 years. The main event is the livery reveal, where the teams will be given creative license to show the world their new vehicle designs with lavish performances and displays of showmanship.

Unlike traditional gala-style F1 events, a crowd of 15,000 people will be in attendance alongside the typical A-lister lineup. The drivers, team principals, and celebrities will get a red carpet welcome and an evening to celebrate the sport ahead of the season. And this time everybody is invited.

The official F1 team has noted that the event will be live-streamed for free on their social media platforms like YouTube to ensure the momentous occasion is appreciated around the world. The event will take place at 10 pm on the 18th of February and can be watched here on F1’s YouTube channel. To ensure it is as captivating as a race day, a massive team of creative visionaries, such as BrianBurkeCreative, alongside Stufish Entertainment Architects, DX7 Design, and eighteentwentysix, are combining minds in an effort to produce a worthy celebration.

If you're excited for the season, watch this weekend to see the grid for the first time. We are counting down the days, and I know you likely are too, as it's bound to be an exciting year.
