Episode 6 of TopGear South Africa’s Star in a Reasonably Priced Car is here with the incredible Letshego Zulu. Motivational speaker, author, athlete, entrepreneur and mother, Letshego jumps at every opportunity. Normally she drives a comfortable Peugeot 5008 “mom car”, but in our Swift she showed a surprising competitive streak. Thanks to the lessons from her late husband and rally legend Gugu Zulu, she’s cautious yet capable behind the wheel, with aggression out on the track. So does this give her the edge to become the fastest lady on our leaderboard?
Hosted by Jason Goliath, the Star in a Reasonably Priced Car is TopGear South Africa’s latest video series, and the car in question is none other than the newest Suzuki Swift 1,2 GL derivative. The TopGear SA team has simply added a roll cage to the frame as well as a racing seat and harness, but other than that, the car is a standard Suzuki Swift.
